I just Googled and got the following

Nick Cox (Technical Director): Manages elite-level operations at Finch Farm, covering the medical, facilities, player care, and academy functions.
James Smith (Director of Scouting and Recruitment): Leads talent identification and scouting operations.
Nick Hammond (Head of Player Trading): Directs player trading activities, deal structuring, and contract negotiations.
Chris Howarth (Football Strategy & Analytics Operations): Directs data analytics and long-term strategic football operations.
So Nick Hammond is a busy boy 😉
