Is this a scam (EFC related)?

A couple of days ago I got an email with the following header:
Your receipt from EVERTON STADIUM DEVELOPMENT LIMITED #2983-2825
It said that a payment of £34.99 was due for an annual subscription . However, It didn't say a subscription to what. nor did it indicate a payment method. Now it may be that I signed up to something last year and have forgotten about it (I live in Edinburgh so do try and keep in touch with the club), but it was certainly 1 of the least informative documents I've been sent so thought I would cheque on here before doing anything further.
