A Personal Chunky Chaps Challlenge Update...

I've only gone and bloody done it, 84.8kg! , Less than ,my target of 85kg. It’s six weeks later than planned but I did it, that’s a total loss of 33.3kg (5 stone 3lbs) in 14 months. I am now what is regarded by the NHS as being of healthy weight and Body Mass Index of someone my age and height. Now I need to find a diet and exercise routine to maintain the weight. Gemini AI states it should be net calories of 2,200 a day but personally I think this is excessive, seeing that other than my walks I spend most of my time at the computer. So I plan to try net calories of 1,800 first and go from there until I find the sweet spot. I need to input 400 net calories back into my diet and exercise regime, and I plan on doing this by doubling my chicken intake, which with the added amount of protein will hopefully put back on some of the muscle mass I’ve lost and cut back on my walks. I’m not going to eliminate my daily walk as obviously it has other benefits for both my physical and mental health. To be honest the exercise was getting out of control and taking up almost three hours of my day which I can instead dedicate to my studies.
