Couple of changes

Logging out now requires a confirmation.

Logging in issues with firefox on android should be resolved. 

Reset password link "hanging" should now not happen and a reason for problem shown.

I'm working on the PayPal/GooglePay options, shouldn't be a problem - just haven't had time yesterday to resolve. Hopefully today.

Posts should now show in your own timezone, not with the default UK date/time.
