Redeveloped to be what it was until earlier this week. Now whi created that board I joined in 1997 I don’t know but always assumed it was part of Toffeeweb until it suddenly went rogue and became an independent board. There was a famous flounce mat be 20 years ago so perhaps the answer is with those guys who left then.
