Interesting start to the season

Team and manager were under a lot of pressure at the end of the season, throw in a raft of season ticket increases, reduction in benefits etc then the mood is generally getting worse amongst large batches of fans. The longer the transfer window appears to be not yielding any much needed results then there is going to be little room for error when the opening game arrives. Of course there’s a few weeks yet until the season starts but we are weaker now than last season with the loss of Grealish and Gana. The right back problem MUST be solved, but it also feels like we need a replacement capable of going straight into the team for Gana and I’m sure we’d all love a proven striker! Jimmy’s surgery is a big concern. We feel a long way off being ready to progress and if we start next season the way we ended last season, and without those key signings and with the mood across the fanbase then those opening weeks could get very toxic, very quickly. Hopefully the signings arrive and it all looks very different, but we are less than 30 days away and it’s very quiet - yikes! Ste
