"Bored" time...

Is it possible to have the times on posts and responses relate to the local time here in Germany? The "Official Board Time" at the top right does, but I just posted and it's showing the post time an hour behind (UK time).
I guess it might be too tricky, as essential those times would need to be dynamic, in order to always be correct, even if someone moves time zones (i.e. if I come back to the UK, should they change for me on the board then or not. etc.?).
