Pre season pessimism yet again

Seems like Groundhog Day. The abject failure, or at least late, signings makes me think that anything better than 13th/14th would be an over achievement.
We really are taken for mugs year after year.
This is not about signing mega bucks superstars. It’s about the hope that a few younger developing players would give us.
