After not receiving my Lille tickets I sent a query to efc_fanservices chasing it up as well as asking about my digital ST.
Astonishingly they told me that I have to formally request an email link via servicedesk@evertonfc.com to get my ST.
When did this change? What a farce.
I paid just on a grand which was taken off me months ago earning interest fully expecting a first class service from the club.
Thankfully I made the enquiry. If you have not received yours yet you may be in the same boat.
Amateurish behaviour.
