McNeil and Johnson swap

Rumours are that it is closer to agreement with Everton paying a fee too. Not wholly convinced by Johnson but glad McNeil is going because he just doesn’t work at Everton the way it is set up (neither do I rate him as good enough moving forward). I wonder if we pay £10m on top and value McNeil at £25m for the purposes of the deal. This would maintain the value of Johnson Palace paid in January and so not have a harmful SCR cost to them.
